makerbotroseAre you still trying to figure out what you can get for your mom for Mothers Day? If you have a 3D printer, MakerBot may just have a solution for you.

Just yesterday, MakeBot released their Spring Blossoms to their digital store. For $4.99 you can purchase the 3D printable designs for a beautiful, almost life-like floral bouquet.Makerbot-tulip

The bouquet features 2 separate flowers; a rose, and a tulip. However, you can customize each flower to the color choices of your liking. MakerBot offers plenty of colors to choose from in their ever growing selection of 3D printer filament.

All-in-all, there are 8 files, and 14 total print objects between both flower designs. Once printed, the flowers must be assembled tulip-assemblyby hand. The estimated print time is approximately 10 hours and 33 minutes, but assembly of the flowers shouldn’t take more than a few minutes. These designs are compatible with the MakerBot Replicator 2, and the 5th Generation Replicators.

This might just be the most affordable, and loved Mother’s Day gift you have ever given your mom. These are the latest designs added to the MakerBot Digital Store, which seems to be growing quite a bit faster as of late. Have you printed these flowers out, feel free to show yours off in the MakerBot Spring Blossom discussion thread on 3DPB.com.
