March 8 is International Women’s Day. R&D Tax Savers shines the spotlight today on one of the women key to the company’s operations.

Andrea Albanese is a Senior Project Manager at R&D Tax Savers. Andrea has been with the firm since graduating from college in 2010. Andrea has a degree in Modern Technology and utilizes her lifelong interest to review innovation at a wide variety of companies throughout the country. 

Andrea has analyzed innovation projects in the defense, apparel, food, software, lighting, HVAC, solar, audio visual, and life science areas and travels extensively. Andrea works with clients integrating 3D printer innovations that are either making a new or improved product or making a component that used to be purchased. Andrea has over 15 clients that are innovating with additive manufacturing technology.  

As the senior woman at R&D Tax Savers, Andrea often reviews the work of the six other women analysts at the firm and serves as a strong role model for all members of the firm. Andrea provides input on all of the firm’s major activities including major client relationship management, recruiting, and project staffing.  Andrea is also a specialist in tech start-up R&D Tax Credits. Andrea has a unique background, not only formally trained in modern innovation, but has also devoted her career to modern innovation.
