3dp-logoRobotics, a first cousin to 3D printing, is one of the hottest technologies attracting innovators–and investors–today. While of course it’s been on the radar as something projected to become mainstream ‘in the future’ a la science fiction TV and movies for decades, its day in the sun has definitely come.

The use of robotics is now being highly relied upon for many contemporary innovations, and because of that, it’s important to bring all of today’s brightest minds together not only to celebrate this rapidly evolving technology, but also to give experts, hobbyists, and everyone interested a chance to learn more, share, and check out all the amazing inventions abounding today.

logoAs this amazing technology continues to advance, MecklerMedia has created RoboUniverse, the first global trade show series for the service robotics industry. As the leading producer of global trade shows, conferences, and digital publications covering 3D printing, robotics, and bitcoin/blockchain, MecklerMedia produces more than 25 conferences annually. There will be several international trade shows for RoboUniverse, all happening in the last quarter of this year.

Now, MecklerMedia has announced that Qualcomm Incorporated and Autonomous Solutions, Inc. (ASI) will be Platinum Sponsors at RoboUniverse San Diego, taking place at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, California on December 14-16, 2015.

Headquartered in San Diego, Qualcomm Incorporated is a world leader in 3G, 4G, and next-generation wireless technologies. ASI is a worldwide leader in vehicle automation and unmanned ground vehicle solutions, and it’s expected that they will display a fully autonomous vehicle for agricultural use as part of its Platinum Sponsorship.
