logomaxWhile many of us have been busy wondering about and theorizing as to how the Chinese will handle the impact of 3D printing on manufacturing, numerous innovators there were already hard at work behind the scenes developing concepts in software and hardware that offer those in the US and other countries not only great aesthetics and features, but also price. Following industry trends, we are beginning to see more and products and processes emerge from China, from whimsical, fun food 3D printers to serious strides in bioprinting.

Currently, Max Micron of China is engaging 3D Printers Online Store to retail their lineup of 3D printers, highlighting their newest in the RepRap Prusa i3 style–a dual extruder 3D printer with auto-leveling and laser-engraving function.

newRetailing at a very attractive price of $369 USD, additional discounts are as follows :

  • Order 2 or more units for $364 USD
  • Order 5 or more units for $360 USD
  • Order 10 or more units for $355 USD
  • Order 20 or more units for $345 USD

This new 3D printer comes as a full kit with all parts, along with two rolls of filament as a free gift. Offering a sturdy aluminum frame, this Max Micron 3D printer offers strength and stability in form as well as function. With a remote feeding E3D extrusion system, it offers a more lightweight design in comparison to the “traditional heavy extrusion machine design.” This printer offers greater facility for the user as well as featuring the double extruders, easily adjusted for height. Users can also look forward to and enjoy an LCD display and an integrated mother board, as well as large capacity power of 300 watts.

Upgrade features are available in the form of automatic platform leveling and height detection for an additional $30, as well as a larger build area at 250 x 250 x 160mm for only $40 more. The laser engraving function is included for an extra $60.

This new machine is part of a lineup of other 3D printers by Max Micron, such as the:

  • A9 3D Printer Kit
  • Aluminum Frame Auto Leveling Prusa i3
  • Auto Leveling Prusa i3 Kit

These are all found at 3D Printers Online Store, an online venue we highlighted previously as an online marketplace for users to purchase inexpensive 3D printers with a good variety to choose from. This e-store is one of the largest, working closely with a network of suppliers and reputed brand manufacturers to offer a large supply of 3D printers and materials.

Considering the global partnerships, services and headquarters being established in the Asian markets by companies like Stratasys and 3D Systems, it’s safe to say that while other countries such as the US are busy integrating 3D printing products into China, they are also very busy selling their own products outside of the country as well. It would be a good bet to say that we’re going to see many more 3D printers from China at even better prices, along with materials and peripheral devices.  Discuss this new machine in the Max Micron forum on 3DPB.com.
