BEEPACK-08BEEVERYCREATIVE, the first Portuguese 3D printer manufacturer and the makers of the BEETHEFIRST 3D printers, has signed a distribution agreement with Wynit to market their products in the US.

The agreement means WYNIT Distribution will make BEETHEFIRST printers available to authorized resellers throughout the United States. WYNIT, based in North Syracuse, NY, serves a wide range of customers ranging from large national retailers to independent resellers from strategically located distribution facilities in Memphis, TN and Reno, NV.

The BEETHEFIRST 3D printer retails for under $1900 and uses FFF technology. It features a build envelope of 190 x 135 x 125 mm, a print resolution from 100 to 300 microns using 1.75 mm filament, and includes a polycarbonate print bed.

WYNIT, a national distributor of consumer electronics, photo, wide format printing, security, and outdoor leisure and adventure industries equipment.

“It will be a great option for our reseller community to offer their customers,” says Rick Slagle, the Vice President of Purchasing, Marketing and Business Development for WYNIT Distribution. “BEETHEFIRST has been very well received by the 3D printer community, and we feel strongly about the great value that it delivers to both newcomers to 3D printers and more experienced enthusiasts.”

For his part BEEVERYCREATIVE’s CEO, Diogo Quental, says he’s excited that his company’s device will be available in the US.

“We are thrilled with the start of sales in the US through our partnership with Wynit,” Quental says. “BEETHEFIRST, our first 3D printer, has been distinguished with four international awards and it’s ideal for all those who just need to print and want to avoid all the hassle around it. It’s sleek but robust, and it can easily be transported from your home to your office in a specially designed BEEPACK. We expect a good response from demanding US customers, who are already giving us the incentive to keep improving and moving forward.”

BEEPACK-02-300The printer runs BEESOFT software, and BEESOFT 3.9.0 offers a ‘standalone’ function which allows the BEETHEFIRST device to print without being connected to a computer. What the company calls an ‘autonomous’ option lets users close the BEESOFT software and the disconnection the USB cable mid-print without interrupting the printing process.
