Builder 3D Printers Launches the Big Builder: 26 Inch Z-axis Build Size

bigbuilderDutch company ‘Builder 3D Printers‘ today announced the launch of their latest 3D printer. It is a printer that could be considered comparable to the MakerBot Replicator Z18, as far as buld size goes.

This latest printer has a build size of 220x210x665 mm (8.66 x 8.27 x 26.18 inches), and a build volume of over 30 Liters (8 gallons). The z-axis is the large one, meaning it can create objects that stand over 26 inches tall. This can compare similarly to the latest MakerBot printer, the Replicator Z18. The Z18 has a build size of 12 X 12 X 18 inches.

The printer features a Dual-Feed extruder, a display, USB socket and an SD card reader. The dual feed is able to switch filaments while using one nozzle, but if customers wish to purchase the Big Builder with a single extruder, they can do so.
