Facilan C8 is a novel 3D print material designed to print without any visible layers. With higher impact strength than PLA and higher tensile strength than ABS this material has excellent surface quality and the best layer adhesion of any material extrusion 3D print material.

Facilan C8 is soft touch, has been designed for manufacturing and prints at 195 °C with a 50 °C bed temperature at 45 mm/s on PEI sheets. In principle print with fans at 0% because this improves layer adhesion and part strength. In designs with significant overhangs and bridging best results are obtained with fans at 80%

Facilan HT is a high gloss material with a heat deflection temperature of 89 °C and comparatively high impact and tensile strength. Facilan HT has been created as a higher performance and safer replacement for PET, PETG and other copolymers. Facilan HT has a higher tensile strength than PLA, PETG, and ABS.

Facilan HT will print best at 240°C with a bed temperature of 80°C at a speed of 50 mm/s on PEI sheets. In principle print with fans at 0% because this improves layer adhesion and part strength. In designs with significant overhangs and bridging best results are obtained with fans at 80%.
