Could Axiom Space and India Disrupt the Global Space Market?

Axiom Space has set its sights on building the next space station to replace the International Space Station (ISS) and is currently in the early stages of developing its first module, with plans to start assembly in orbit sometime in the second half of this decade. Meanwhile, the company is exploring a potential partnership with India’s space industry to support its mission.
According to Reuters, Axiom is in discussions to use Indian rockets for some of its upcoming missions. While contracts are still in the works, Axiom wants to diversify its supply chain by tapping into India’s rapidly expanding space sector.
