Maker Faire Paris is aimed at anyone interested in 3D printing technology, design, materials, and services, and the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles is preparing to welcome makers, designers, artists and young entrepreneurs interested in the latest developments in making, learning, crafting, inventing and tinkering, and 3D printing. Maker Faire Paris is a gathering of tech enthusiasts, crafters, homesteaders, scientists, and garage tinkerers aimed at showcasing inventions and creativity.
He says he hopes Modzart will help foster collaborative interaction with his users. The site will provide access to printing a collection of his favorite 3D models to make it possible to remix any of the designer’s pieces and share them with a large community and output the pieces in high-end materials.
Boulay says that during the initial launch of Modzart, the site will focus on electronic cigarette accessories and 3D models of those accessories. He says that as time goes on, the platform will offer other models of objects such as jewelry and everyday lifestyle accessories.
He adds that all the 3D models on Modzart will be offered under the Creative Commons license (BY NC SA).
