Applications are now being accepted for speakers at Inside 3D Printing San Diego 2017, so if you’re interested, you can fill out a form here. You have until the August 31 deadline to submit your proposal. The theme of this year’s conference is innovation, so keep new ideas in mind when coming up with a topic for presentation.
Rising Media tends to receive an overwhelming number of speaker proposals for each conference, so it’s helpful to remember a few things when submitting your application. Priority consideration is given to speakers with real-world, hands-on experience, as well as to speakers offering concrete solutions and case studies rather than just theory. Original ideas are a plus. Also, try to keep marketing out of it – sessions should not be “sales pitches,” but rather offer thoughts and solutions that are independent of specific companies or brands. While speakers will receive free admission to the conference, they will be responsible for their own travel and accommodations.“As a speaker for the conference, you will gain valuable recognition and connections from being part of this global conference,” says Rising Media. “If accepted as a speaker, you will also receive free access to the Inside 3D Printing conference program and exhibition.”
If you don’t want to be a speaker at Inside 3D Printing San Diego this year, but still want to attend, registration is already open, with early bird pricing running until October 20. Until then, you can get a full two-day conference pass for $797, or a one-day pass for $517. An Exhibition+ pass, which gets you access to all keynotes, the #3DTalk session on December 4 and the exhibition hall, is $127. To attend #3DTalk and the exhibition hall only, it’s free. You’ve still got some time to register, obviously, but keep it in mind at least, because after October 20 prices go up by as much as $200. You can register here.
We’ve attended many Inside 3D Printing events over the years, and we always look forward to hearing the thoughts and insights of the carefully chosen speakers at each conference. Will you be one of the next to share your knowledge and experience? If you’d like to be featured in December, apply now! Discuss in the Inside 3D Printing forum at 3DPB.com.
