Materialise Magics Print is a new product just being released for the software suite, born out of Materialise’s expertise and knowledge of hardware and 3D printing. Now, manufacturers working with Materialise will be able to offer data preparation software for customer’s 3D printers. Magics Print is able to connect to many different 3D printers and technologies, opening up opportunities to a variety of applications. This is one of the components of their OEM solutions package also.
Materialise Robot is an automated solution that will allow users to run their operations around the clock, and seamlessly so. Both speed and efficiency are increased, while time spent in manual intervention is reduced. The repair functionality has been improved with better customization capabilities. Production quality will be even better too as this product automatically works to reject files such as those with walls that might be either too thin or too thick.
Materialise e-Stage is meant to save the user substantial amounts of time with automated support generation for all resin-based technologies. This should prove to offer great benefit to many users as the new e-Stage product assists in generating optimal support structures. Already working for many as an established solution in SLA 3D printing, this update means that e-Stage is now available for anyone using a resin-based printer, to include DLP and bottom-up technology as well.
