Last week conference organizers Rising Media and 3DR Holdings confirmed a very full agenda for the three conferences, with over 80 sponsors and exhibitors lined up. 50 of those sponsors and exhibitors are on board for Inside 3D Printing, including Platinum Sponsor MakerBot, Gold Sponsor MarkAny, and Silver Sponsor HanilProTech. 30 sessions will take place over the four vertical tracks of business, manufacturing, medical and metal 3D printing.
Keynote speeches will include:
- Strategic Outlook – The Road to Manufacturing, given by Nikolai Zaepernick, Vice President and Head of Strategy and Business Development for EOS e-Manufacturing Solutions
- The Next Frontier in 3D Printing, given by industry expert Terry Wohlers of Wohlers and Associates
- The Death of Manufacturing, from Tyler Benster, General Partner at Asimov Ventures
- Leading 3D Printing Eco-System by MakerBot CEO Jonathan Jaglom
In addition to talks from industry leaders and exhibits from every facet of the 3D printing industry, this edition of Inside 3D Printing will include a couple of firsts. The 3D Print Design Show has been organized by KINTEX along with DigitalHands Gallery, the first dedicated 3D printing gallery to be established in Korea. DigitalHands was launched in 2015 and has so far featured exhibitions from talented Korean 3D printing artists and designers including Lee Chan Woo, also known as Coolrain, and Sukyun Jang. The exhibition at Inside 3D Printing will feature the work of 18 artists and designers from the fields of fashion, jewelry, toys, home design and more.
Also for the first time, Inside 3D printing will feature a new 3D Print Special Zone, sponsored by the Design Innovation Center for 3D Printing, which will focus on large-scale industrial 3D printers – the bigger the better, with machines as large as 6 meters tall being showcased.
