The Virtual Reality Summit, which aims to facilitate the discussion of the latest virtual reality devices and their impacts on a wide range of industries, has confirmed dates in Seoul, New York, Singapore, Dubai and San Diego for 2016. The Seoul conference will be co-produced with the Korea International Exhibition Center (KINTEX), which is Korea’s largest and newest international exhibition and convention venue.
“After a series of successful 3D printing and robotics events in Seoul, we are thrilled to partner with KINTEX to launch our latest conference, the Virtual Reality Summit, in Seoul, South Korea,” said Alan Meckler, Chairman and CEO, MecklerMedia.“With our global expansion, we hope to serve the industry by providing a platform for innovators across the globe to come together and shape the future of VR.”
The Virtual Reality Summit was developed as the technology has expanded beyond the gaming and entertainment industries into broader sectors such as communications, business and social networking.
