Sky Tech Releases Sky-Maker H Series 3D Printer & 16 Accompanying Tutorials

Their latest contribution for 2015 is the Sky-Maker H series, designed for makers who have big design ideas but are keeping a watchful and smart eye on their budget as well.

Over the past years Sky Tech has developed a comprehensive inventory of innovations, featuring numerous successful 3D printers and products from the 3D Pandoras to the Magic Box. Their innovations are popular, quality-driven, and affordable.

This latest FDM printer is coming at us from Taiwan and should be available at a very attractive retail price. This is a DIY 3D printer which is accompanied by numerous tutorial videos that make assembly of the streamlined 3D printer and it’s shiny parts look easy–and fun.

With 350 components packed into the kit, focusing on the ATmega 2560 (Mega2560) for the printer control board, users can also look toward a library of guiding tutorials for each module, with sixteen in total, divided into the following sections:

Weighing in at only 7kg, this new FDM 3D printer offers a build volume of 180mm x 300 mm, and features a glass build plate. Users can employ either ABS or PLA 3D printing filament at 1.75 mm and then look forward to slicing 3D models and controlling the 3D print with Cura.
