Oh, and [we are] going to 4 large motors, and much easier, fool proof construction and instructions. We are also doing machined metal upgrades as drop in replacements to sweeten the pot. Some want to try before making a big investment. This strategy will allow someone to discover and learn at rock bottom prices and upgrade over time.”

These new kits are priced at the same price as the old kits were, only $349.00, and weigh approximately 9.3 pounds, with dimensions of 10 x 10 x 4 inches. The remaining assembled maker’s kits of the previous version are currently on sale at a discounted price of $424.00, as they will be phasing these out.
The Printrbot Simple is considered to be Printrbot’s ‘entry level’ 3D printer.
