“We are really excited to launch and add the da Vinci Super to our professional product line in the U.S. market. The Super is an incredible printer that allows professional users to print with different materials from 3rd parties, such as ABS, PLA, Tough PLA, TPA, and PETG,” Vinson Chien, the US Director of XYZprinting Inc. told 3DPrint.com.
“We also think users are going to be excited about the 12” cubed print volume. We wanted to provide the best 3D printing solution and add to our professional product line with an affordable machine. Every one at XYZprinting looks forward to taking another market share leader position in this category.”
The da Vinci Super’s filament system lets users adjust the temperature of the print bed and the extruder, so they can use familiar 1.75 mm third-party filaments. In 2018 Q1, the company will be introducing new material compatibility for the Super, including nylon, metal, and carbon filaments.
The 3D printer has an updated interior design with more powerful print stability and bed strength, auto-calibration for precise print jobs, and an intuitive full-color LCD panel on front.
It also features wireless connectivity, an optional laser engraver add-on capability, safety sensors, an optimized automatic filament feeding system that offers both front and rear loading, and a manual pause and change filament option if your spool runs out before your print is finished.
“The launch of the da Vinci Super comes at a great time, as we want to offer a solution that allows 3D Makers the ability to print much larger objects, with a greater range of materials than conventional 3D printers, but without having to compromise on the quality and detail of the end product,” said XYZprinting CEO Simon Shen. “We feel that with the da Vinci Super, we’re pushing the capabilities of what can be achieved in large scale 3D printing. After the success of our launch of the world’s first full-color 3D printer we want to continue to put out more printers for the professional user as well as our consumer users. With full lines on both ends, we hope to fulfill the broad demand of our customers.”
