Based in Bari, Italy, Roboze, the innovative manufacturer of the world’s only beltless desktop 3D printers, has had a banner year. They introduced their second printer, the Roboze One +400 3D printer, and not long after fully revamped it into an industrial 3D printer. Looking at the webpage for the Roboze One +400, I am both amused and impressed that the motto looks to be “Do or do not, there is no try.” Any company that quotes Yoda is all right in my book! Using their patented technology, the company offers powerful and affordable tools comprising a unique combination of high-quality 3D printers and advanced thermoplastic polymers. While the Roboze One could only print using four materials, the Roboze One +400 can produce accurate, high-quality parts with 13 different materials, including PEEK, PEI, and CARBON-PA.
“We are very happy to join forces with 3D Center, one of the leading 3D resellers in the North part of Europe,” says Alessio Lorusso, Roboze Founder and CEO. “These regions are extremely important for us due to the high awareness of 3D printing in general, and the presence of well-developed heavy industries that are yearning for innovative 3D technologies. This is the perfect ground for Roboze to deploy a professional and experienced partner such as 3D Center, that has the right know-how in offering AM and production solutions based on 3D printing.”
Some of the other countries and regions Roboze has formed partnerships in this year include the UK and Ireland, the Benelux (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg) region, and its first expansion outside of the large EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) region in India. 3D Center represents many leading additive manufacturing suppliers in several countries, including Sweden, Finland, Iceland, and Denmark. The variety of 3D printing solutions they provide are based on leading brands and technologies that include, among others, SLS, SLA, and DLP.
“We are excited to partner with Roboze. The company’s 3D printing technology, which is based on a unique beltless system, offer the ability to print industrial grade materials like PEEK and PEI (ULTEM), that is suitable for advanced production applications. That brings a very interesting value proposition to the market, mostly for professional users who are looking for innovative solutions around new materials. Roboze Technology strengthens our product portfolio allowing us to empower users with these new capabilities,” says Ulf Qviberg, 3D Center CEO.
Roboze’s vision is to become a dominant player in the 3D printing industry, by enabling professional users advanced, but affordable, 3D printing solutions. They are seeking to continue expansion around the world through resellers and, soon, a center in the United States to branch out into North America, as well.
