At this week’s formnext 2016 exhibition, Sharebot is coming equipped with their full arsenal of 3D printing technology, showcasing a number of different machines and materials. For starters, the company will place their Sharebot Voyager WARP on display. This 3D printer operates with Direct Light Processing (DLP) technology, allowing for the precise and high resolution production of jewelry models. The WARP system enables users to 3D print with castable resins at extremely high speeds, creating each later of the object in just a few hundredths of a second. According to Sharebot, this 3D printing system operates at 10x faster speeds than traditional 3D printers that use DLP technology.
Sharebot will also have both of their FFF 3D printers, the Sharebot Q and Sharebot 42, on display at formnext 2016. The Q model is the larger-scale 3D printer that was engineered to produce professional prototypes. The printer includes a number of features and technicalities that make it ideal for a wide range of applications, and effectively optimizes the workflow for professional users. The Sharebot 42, on the other hand, provides a more accessible and convenient 3D printing process. This machine is jam-packed with innovative features geared towards the professional 3D printing market, including a printing plate autocalibration system, an “Easy Detach System,” which allows users to easily remove the object from the printer, as well as wireless connectivity to help manage the printing process from any computer or smartphone device.
The company will also have their popular SnowWhite 3D printer on the exhibition floor. According to Sharebot, this highly accurate 3D printer is the most commonly used system in its category. In addition to the four 3D printing systems, Sharebot will showcase the material capabilities of their products as well. During formnext 2016, they will be sharing a wide variety of models printed with highly resistant and elastic Nylon-Carbon material.
In addition, Sharebot will display a number of dental models, such as bridges, crowns, and aligners, each of which was created from biocompatible resin with their DLP 3D printing technology. Lastly, their castable resins and Voyager WARP system will show exhibition attendees an inside look at the printer’s workflow for jewelry production, providing visitors with an introduction to their advanced 3D printing technology.
Needless to say, Sharebot will have one of the most active and exciting exhibitions in all of formnext 2016. With their entire arsenal at hand, the Italian 3D printing company will proudly showcase their vast and versatile 3D printer products to the global audience. You can check out the company’s product line firsthand this week at Frankfurt Messe in Hall 3.1, stand A 44. Discuss in the Sharebot forum at 3DPB.com.
