For businesses in France, the x3D Group is an excellent resource, not least because of the range of services and products they offer. The Lyon-based company actually has three divisions, each dedicated to a different area of 3D printing. x3D Print offers stereolithography 3D printing in a wide range of materials for competitive cost, while x3D EBAM provides metal printing using Sciaky’s Electron Beam Additive Manufacturing technology. x3D Pro, meanwhile, is the retail branch of the company and a European distributor for China-based Prismlab and their ultra-fast RAPID 3D printers.
Now a new partnership is enabling the x3D Group to expand the marketing of RAPID printers further throughout Europe – namely, Italy. Sokar Additive Technology Ltd. has signed on to distribute the RAPID series, which has been very positively received by x3D’s customers so far.

The partnership with the x3D Group is one of several that Sokar Additive Technology has cemented lately. They’ve also signed agreements with Sciaky as well as Italian printer manufacturer BlueTek. The agreement with x3D looks to be a mutually beneficial one – Sokar has already received a lot of interest from Italian companies for RAPID printers, which is a good sign for both partners as they strive to become leaders in 3D printing in their respective countries.
