Today, SolidProfessor has announced that they’re making even more big changes to their company, and it all boils down to one thing: increased accessibility. Members will now have access to lessons from every course in the library, at no additional charge. Until now, memberships have been specific to one software program; if you decided to sign up for a SOLIDWORKS membership, then you’d get very comprehensive SOLIDWORKS training, but that would be all you’d get. Now members can explore everything in the library.
The newly expanded access means a new pricing structure for memberships, which are offered in three tiers, each with more available training materials:
- SolidProfessor Standard: $399 per year
- SolidProfessor Professional: $599 per year
- SolidProfessor Premium: $799 per year
It’s the same pricing and structure previously offered for SOLIDWORKS memberships (other software programs varied), except that now you’re not limited to just that course, meaning you’re getting a lot more for your money.
“Engineering design tools are evolving more rapidly than ever,” said Tony Glockler, co-founder and CEO of SolidProfessor. “To keep up with this new pace of technology, ongoing learning is essential. Our members use a wide range of tools and software in their engineering design work, and we want to help them design with confidence in all of them.”
SolidProfessor also offers special membership rates for schools or teams of five or more users. To learn more about group pricing, contact them at teamsales@solidprofessor.com. More news should be forthcoming about additional new courses to be released in the near future, and members should be excited to know that they’ll be able to have access to them all.
