This week seems to be a big one for 3D printers launching on the Kickstarter crowdfunding platform. Earlier today we found out that the Copperhead 3D Printer would launch a Kickstarter campaign this week, and just a 
Nohtal Alex Partansky, the man behind this printer, is seeking $80,000 from the crowdfunding community by March 26th, in order to manufacture the device for distribution. He is offering a variety of rewards to backers, which include different printer packages as well as 3D printed objects, and even the possibility to have him fly to your home and assemble the printer in front of you.

Lathon is a duel nozzle 3D printer which can print in over 8 different materials. The duel nozzles will allow this printer to print in two different colors at once, while it can also print with a filament, and HIPS or PVA dissolvable material at the same time. It has a large build volume of 12X9X8 inches, and will cost early bird backers $1500 to $2300, depending on how quickly they back the project and whether they opt for the kit, which needs to be assembled, or the already assembled device.
