XYZprinting is hitting the ground in 2016 running after having one of the best years of any 3D printer manufacturer in 2015. Not only were they 2015’s top selling 3D printer manufacturer in the world, but they also formed a high-profile re-seller partnership with Sam’s Club that is bound to give them a huge edge in the North American market. After already releasing a half-dozen 3D printers in 2015, they took CES by storm with eight new 3D printers including two industrial quality 3D printers, three small scale 3D printers, two professional 3D printers and a 3D printing pen. They also brought along a new line of wearable tech, new robots and robotics kits including a working concept for a Smart Service Robot. Once again it looks like XYZprinting is going to be the company to beat in 2016.

The small-scale da Vinci Mini is intended for consumers across all levels of the 3D printer market, including small businesses, educators, makers, makerspaces and craftspeople. The super-lightweight and portable desktop 3D printer was made to be easy enough to operate for new users but robust enough to please even veteran 3D printer users. As with the rest of their 3D printing products ecosystem, the Mini will require no assembly, no equipment adjustments and offer a straightforward and consistent user experience. XYZprinting says that they expect the Mini to be available for purchase in the Fall of 2016.
XYZprinting has really been racking up the accolades in the past year for their ever-expanding line of low-cost but high-performance 3D printers, including high profile awards like Digital Trends’ “Top Tech of CES” award, TWICE’s “Best Pick” award, the COMPUTEX Taipei 2015 Best Choice award and PC Mag’s “Best of CES” award.
